The Executive Council of the North Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis (NCABA) is very pleased to announce that the 24th Annual Conference is to be held at the Hilton Wilmington Riverside in Wilmington NC, Wednesday, February 20th through Friday February 22nd, 2013. The Hilton Wilmington Riverside hotel is located on the eastern bank of the Cape Fear Riverfront on the famous boardwalk in beautiful downtown Wilmington. The hotel is within walking distance of most of Wilmington’s popular attractions, nightlife, stylish restaurants and diverse shopping establishments. Stroll to the Henrietta III Sightseeing Cruise. A silent auction will once again be held to raise funds to offset conference expenses and to support student participation. A vendor/poster session with cash awards for best posters in the undergraduate, graduate and professional categories and a social with refreshments, music and dancing will round out the conference events. A possibility of 17 BACB Type II credits will be available for approved conference and workshop sessions. Category A CEU credits will be available for psychologists for each of the workshops. A general certificate of credit will be provided to all attendees.
In an effort to support student participation and attendance, opportunities for the conference registration fee to be waived will be available to student members again this year. Student members can secure their free spot by volunteering for one hour at the registration booth.
