Multiple Positions with Butterfly Effects

 

Positions are available for all disciplines involving children with learning and behavioral challenges, including Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, Behavior Analysts (BCBA/BCaBA), and Special Educators. Consultants are responsible for initial and ongoing program development addressing behavioral, communication, and/or skill acquisition needs as well as providing consultation, therapy, and oversight of implementers in the clients home, school, and community. 

 

Applicants must be a licensed and/or hold current certification in their respective discipline, have supervision experience, and possess extensive experience with developmental disabilities. Currently hiring positions for all office locations. Salary varies by position, location, education, and experience.

Program Coordinator at The Mariposa School

 

The Program Coordinator position requires a minimum of a BCaBA with a BCBA preferred and at least two years experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior (ABA/VB) based programming along with a thorough understanding of Verbal Behavior concepts and training techniques.  Supervisory experience is preferred as is experience interacting with families of children with developmental disabilities.  Persons with an LPA license are encouraged apply provided they have ABA/VB experience and the responsibilities and salary for the position will be adjusted to match the license and/or certification.
